Domestic Shipping

Shipping of all smoking accessories is free within the United States. Your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of placing your order. If you choose Standard Shipping, it will ship via USPS Priority Mail for most items. It will be delivered within the continental United States within 2-3 business days. You will be alerted by e-mail when your order ships, and tracking information will be provided in that e-mail. If your order comprises multiple items like apparel, they may ship separately.


Apparel & other Accessories

Apparel orders will be shipped separately and have additional shipping cost. Apparel will be shipped within 2-7 business days of placing your order. Orders will ship via USPS and you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information when your order ships. Orders will be delivered within the continental United States within 2-4 business days of shipping.

International Shipping

Due to the unique nature of crystals and our dedication to authenticity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Products:

While we take utmost care in packaging, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
